Try it as an excellent dry rub marinade for pork, chicken, beef, lamb, or fish – the most common use for this rub in Filipino cooking. Add 2-3 tablespoons of this rub to a can of coconut milk to produce a quick, elegant curry base. Ingredients: Pure cane sugar, orange peel, sea salt, ground ginger, garlic powder, lime zest, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, lemongrass, bird chili powder, ground fennel, mustard powder.
